Warranty of Quality
1. Fabrik Etc Pte Ltd, hereby certify that all products of whatever design are free from any manufacturing defects and any other defects in materials and workmanships for a period as specified below from the Issued Date of Invoice / Delivery Oder (whichever is earlier). Should any such defects occur within the below said period, Fabrik Etc Pte Ltd shall subject to the terms herein, at its option either repair or replace any such defective parts of the products or one similar article in value free of costs without any other indemnity relating to consequential damages.

A. Hunter Douglas Blinds Products - 2 years Product Limited Warranty
B. Local Brands Blinds Products - 1 year Product Limited Warranty
C. Somfy Motorized System - 5 years Product Limited Warranty
D. Curtain Tracks and System - 6 months Product Limited Warranty
E. Roman Blinds Tracks and System - 6 months Product Limited Warranty
F. Curtain Fabrics - 1 month Product Limited Warranty


2. To obtain the benefit of the warranty protection, the warranty must be registered within fourteen (14) days from the Issued Date by: a) Online Registration of Your Product Purchase at www.fabrik.com.sg/customerservice

3. Our warranty does not cover defects in or damages to the products which resulted from or are caused by accidents, misuse, and negligence, any manner contrary to the instructions contained in the operating instructions of the product, any manner of tampering or normal wear and tear. All transportations, delivery or handling expenses are for the account of the customer and are not covered by this warranty protection. Our warranty shall exclude all other warranties and guarantees, expressed or implied, other than mentioned above.

Note:
Colour shades may slightly vary from dye-lot to dye-lot. Fabrics are not warranted against normal fading, shrinkage and/ or wear. Stretching and/ or shrinkage may occur to certain fabrics due to atmospheric conditions. This warranty shall be immediately ceased and become void if unauthorized repair, tampering, alteration or modification is made to the product.

Any replaced old parts or items are not returnable.
