All items purchased from Outside online store can be returned for an exchange if returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of purchase. Items must be returned with a valid receipt; in a perfect, unused condition, suitable for resale, complete with original box or packaging.
Should you be unhappy with the goods you have received and in need for an exchange then you can either send it back to our address; or if it’s more convenient for you, you can return it to any of our physical retail stores near you.
All returned items must be NEW and UNUSED, together with original labels attached, along with relatable receipts. Please do not apply the postage label directly to the product packaging and kindly ensure the items are packaged securely and suitably for transit. For items that come in original packaging like boxes (e.g. footwear) must be returned in an outer box or bag for protection. When you’re arranging to return an item, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we won’t be held responsible for lost/damaged goods in transit. Please include a completed return form in the parcel.
